Neill Corporation

Neill Corporation is a major supplier of beauty products and software to the US leisure market. They implemented the full Oracle Enterprise resource planning (ERP) application suite including Oracle Financials and Oracle human resource management system (HRMS)/Payroll. Following initial business consultancy conducted by iTrain, the iTrain delivery team was invited to reconfigure the application to meet the developing business needs of Neill Corp and to provide training and change management support across the full business implementation to include, in phase 1, Financials and HRMS/Payroll and in phase 2, Supply Chain/Candidate Relationship Management (CRM).

Enabling Change

The original Oracle implementation had split the organisation into 10 different business units and this was a source of major problems within the business and particularly the supply chain functions which needed to consolidate within one new warehouse complex. The implications of this implementation were that management did not have visibility of the overall state of the business and the administration of all systems was complicated and disjointed.

iTrain needed to re-model the enterprise structures and to rebuild the Financials ledgers into 3 standard books with a central consolidation book for consolidated reporting. iTrain completed this transformation and were then engaged to implement the full Purchasing, iProcurement, Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and Supply Chain modules, interfaced to real-time White pick-to-light system control modules within the warehouse through the implementation of OM and WMS with associated API’s together with the deployment of a full transition management and change management programme for the Sales, Order Processing and Warehouse business divisions. We continue to provide business and systems support services.

Throughout the entire process iTrain provided beneficial business transformation consultancy and advice to Neill Corporation to ensure that their entire business and workforce were prepared and enabled to take full advantage of the new Oracle systems. iTrain continue to work with Neill Corporation on the upgrade to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
