AHI Carrier has implemented a range of finance and HR modules to support its business operations in EMEA, Russia and Australia/New Zealand as well as the head office in Sharjah, UAE. AHI Carrier appointed iTrain as its major training and support partner as it required an experienced partner to support the rollout of various modules, starting with FI-CO and Human Capital Management (HCM), integrated with Order Management, to support dealers placing orders throughout the network. iTrain engaged and Agile based programme to handle a range of complex user stories for the different dealer networks. The extensive training programme was delivered across the regions in EMEA and APAC. The training rollout was customised to the systems and processes deployed by AHI Carriers and significant enhancements to the look and feel of the application as well as training delivered on a global basis using classroom and eLearning.
